Tequila is more than a drink; it is a powerful symbol of Mexican identity, tightly interwoven with culture, history and folklore. It speaks of traditions and heritage, red fertile lands and blue agave fields, families and friends, love stories and songs, days of hard work and joyful celebrations. Even after hundreds of years, tequila still retains the magic of everything it stands for. By creating Arrogante, we pay homage to artisanal, time-honored methods of tequila manufacture and traditional craftsmanship.

Arrogante is an ultra-premium artisanal tequila, handcrafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico from 100% Weber Blue Agave. Our use of the ancestral, manual production techniques combined with the finest Blue Agave plants, harvested at the peak of their ripeness, result in authentic, delectable tequila with unparalleled depth of flavor, enticing aromas and an incredibly smooth finish.

Arrogante Product Line.

Arrogante product line is currently comprised of four tequilas (Blanco, Reposado, Anejo and Supreme Anejo), which represent different age expressions that are lovingly and carefully handmade to appeal to modern tequila drinkers while maintaining an authenticity and soul of the legendary national Mexican spirit. Product line is a winner of seven Gold Medals and is rated within “Outstanding” and “Exceptional” categories.

The jewel of the collection is 95 points rated Arrogante Supreme Anejo. This extra aged Anejo undergoes extended aging for a minimum of three years in small American oak casks, which allows for creation of ultra-smooth liquor with a silky texture, brimming with the notes of vanilla, dried fruit and exotic spice. The mouthfeel is rich and creamy with long finish that just asks for another sip.

Traditional techniques.

Making tequila in traditional way is not easy. Each step of the artisanal process takes time, patience, muscle. The cultivation of Blue Agave is a long process, that can take up to 12 years, and the harvesting is laborious. And once the agaves are delivered to the distillery, the magic of transforming them into flavorful liquor - from baking the piñas to distilling - also cannot be rushed.

To ensure complex aromas, rich flavors and a smooth palate, our hand-selected Highlands agaves are slowly cooked in traditional stone ovens called “hornos” for 72 hours and then the extracted juice is naturally fermented for 5 to 7 days. Small batch distillation in alembic pot stills allows for better separation of "heads" and "tails" from the distillate and results in tequila of excellent purity and soft mouthfeel.

Arrogante Anejo: Amber color; smooth agave and caramel nose with floral notes; creamy vanilla and ripe, mellow, toasted agave flavors with spice and smooth, lush texture; long and rich. Score 93.
